Sharon Morris started her library career in public libraries, doing children’s and teen services, outreach, collection development, reference, and circulation. She earned a Masters in Library and Information Management and PhD in Managerial Leadership in Libraries. Sharon offers keynotes, workshops, and institutes on leadership, research, change management, supervision, happiness, play, values, insight, improv comedy, and Disney techniques in libraries, among other subjects. Her instructional approach involves experiential learning because everyone in the room has something wonderful to contribute to the discussion. She plays through exploration, organization, and movement. Her preferred play types when collaborating are humor and storytelling. Her hardest play style to work with? Find out at the keynote.
