A few things to consider when preparing your presentation:
Please structure your program so that there are at least 10 minutes at the end for questions. Members of the conference committee will be on hand to provide time cues. Presenters (including panelists) receive complimentary registration to the conference. All presenters are required to register using the online registration form or by printing out the registration form and mailing it.
The Conference Planning Committee makes every effort to accommodate conference participants and presenters with special needs. If, as a presenter, you receive a request from someone with special needs, we encourage you to accommodate the individual as much as possible. If you have questions about this, please contact a member of the conference committee.
Presentation rooms will be equipped with a projector and a Windows platform PC. Presenters are encouraged to bring laptops with presentations pre-loaded. Program coordinators will work with presentators with more specific equipment needs.
